PHOTO FEATURE South African Lucas Sithole on court at the US Open, where he became the first African player to win a Grand Slam wheelchair tennis title, defeating world No. 1 David Wagner 36 64 64 in the quad final. Sithole, 27, lost both his legs and most of his right arm in a train accident 14 years ago. He was joined on the wheelchair roll of honour by first-time US Open winners Stephane Houdet and Aniek van Koot.
