2 Teams may send up to one (1) additional male and one (1) additional female player at their own cost. Team nomination forms will be sent to all entered nations following the Entry Deadline. ITF Player Eligibility Rules shall apply. ENTRY FEE The entry fee of US$150 per team is payable to the ITF upon entry. HOSPITALITY Full hospitality will be provided for four players (two male and two female) and one non-playing captain. This includes five (5) nights' full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner) starting with dinner on Wednesday 16 th July and ending with breakfast the morning of Monday 21 st July. A hospitality package will be available for all additional team members. Flight number and arrival time should be sent to Ekaterina Davydova (e_davydova@list.ru) at minimum of seven (7) days before the event. Nearest international airport: Sheremetyevo (33 Km to hotel). Nearest train station Belorusskiy (1 Km to hotel). Shuttles between the hotel and tournament site will be provided daily. Other travel costs will not be covered or reimbursed by the Host Organiser or the ITF. VISA Most nations will require a Visa to enter Russia. It is strongly advised nations begin this process as early as possible.
