Official will be given the opportunity to present his/her views to the Appeal Panel in writing. The Appeal Panel will issue its decision within twenty one (21) days of the hearing. The decision of the Appeal Panel shall be final. 9. Any decision of the Disciplinary Panel and/or the Appeal Panel pursuant to this Code of Conduct for Officials may be communicated to those member National Associations and/or other tennis organisations as is deemed necessary by the Disciplinary Panel and/or the Appeal Panel, acting reasonably. Note: The Disciplinary Panel refers to ATP, Grand Slam, ITF and WTA Representatives for all International Officials (Bronze, Silver and Gold) and to ITF Officiating for all Green and White Badge Officials. 29
