To preserve the highest standards of fair play, integrity and safety, we worked in the following areas in 2024. Governance We published a new ITF Cons tu on at the start of 2025, following approval of this updated version by our member Na onal Associa ons at the 2024 ITF Annual General Mee ng. The new Cons tu on was produced a er extensive consulta on with all stakeholders, including Na onal Associa ons and our affiliated Regional Associa ons. There is now a transi on period of three years in which na ons can implement changes needed, and the ITF will work closely with them to support this. As part of our ongoing commitment to good governance, we also updated the ITF's Internal Adjudica on Panel Procedural Rules and Independent Tribunal Procedural Rules in 2024, and Safeguarding and Case Management Procedures ready for the start of 2025. These improve procedures for the ITF's disciplinary and regulatory tribunals. The ITF also established a new, independent Safeguarding Panel and implemented associated procedural rules for the panel to ensure our safeguarding efforts follow a defined and transparent framework. Safeguarding and player care The new ITF Cons tu on mandates that all Na onal Associa ons must implement safeguarding provision for players and staff involved in their organisa on and events, to ensure that tennis remains safe and inclusive for everyone. We are suppor ng Na onal and Regional Associa ons in the development of their safeguarding measures, by providing training and educa on materials. We worked with the Interna onal Federa ons of other sports in 2024 to jointly create a Designated Safeguarding Lead qualifica on, the tennis version of which is now available as an online course and cer fica on for our na ons through the ITF Academy pla orm. As a further informa on resource and framework for na ons and regions, we are developing an ITF Safeguarding Toolkit in 2025. The ITF's Player Care team is focusing on developing support for the mental health and wellbeing of players who compete on our five tours every year. We are producing resources covering topics that affect wellbeing, developing a self- monitoring app and facilita ng access to mental health support. An -doping and an -corrup on The ITF delegated responsibility for the Tennis An -Doping Programme to the Interna onal Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) in 2022. We remain the Signatory for the sport of tennis to the World An -Doping Code (WADA Code) and monitor ITIA's compliance with WADA standards, as we would bear the consequences for any compliance failures by ITIA. The Tennis An -Corrup on Programme is also the responsibility of the ITIA, in which the ITF is an equal partner alongside the other six interna onal stakeholders of tennis – the WTA, ATP and four Grand Slam tournaments. We have a Member Director seat on ITIA's Tennis Integrity Supervisory Board and are represented on the ASOIF Medical and Scien fic Consulta ve Group (ASOIF is the Associa on of Summer Olympic Interna onal Federa ons).
