10 Advantage All The ITF's Advantage All gender equality programme con nued in 2023 with the goal of ensuring that tennis is an equal sport. We want to improve gender parity across all areas – both on court and off, in roles such as officia ng, coaching and leadership – and support our Na onal Associa ons to do the same. Now in its sixth year, Advantage All is a guiding principle in the implementa on of much of the ITF2024+4 strategy, par cularly within governance and the player pathway. You can read more about its impact in these areas in the Integrity and Wellbeing, and Tours and Player Pathway, sec ons of this Annual Review. Our work towards gender parity also included the following key ac ons in 2023. In the delivery of Advantage All, the ITF is supported by funding from the Founda on for Global Sports Development. Advantage All Forum We held our third ITF Advantage All Forum in Seville during the Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Finals. These discussion events, created for a live and online audience, place gender equality in the global tennis spotlight, with panellists providing insight and inspira on to level the playing field for women. The 'History in the Making' event was headlined by Billie Jean King, Arantxa Sanchez Vicario and Conchita Mar nez in conversa on with Katrina Adams. The legendary former Grand Slam and Billie Jean King Cup winners reflected on their experiences as elite women players, what has changed, and what s ll needs to. Their conversa on was preceded by a panel featuring speakers from ITF commercial partners Gainbridge, the Tory Burch Founda on and La Junta de Andalucia discussing their work to achieve parity. Developing leaders More than 100 women are part of the ITF Advantage All Leadership Programme and they benefited from online ADVANTAGE ALL and in-person coaching and networking opportuni es in 2023, including during Wimbledon and at the ITF's Annual General Mee ng in Cancun, Mexico. The programme aims to give women the tools to become leaders and decision-makers in tennis and sport, so that they can step up to roles on the ITF Board, commi ees, commissions and at regional and na onal level. Tory Burch Founda on Sports Fellowship In partnership with the ITF, the Tory Burch Founda on awarded its first annual sports fellowship in 2023, extending its support of women entrepreneurs to the sports sector. Benefits available to the successful fellow included a $500 educa onal grant from the Tory Burch Founda on, interest-free loans to support growing businesses, and mentorships. Officia ng The ITF con nues to advance gender equality in officia ng, and a significant milestone has been reached for Paris 2024, where the interna onal officia ng team for the Olympic and Paralympic tennis events will be an equal split of men and women. Work is ongoing to increase female representa on on White Badge (mid-level) officia ng courses from its current level of 31%. In 2023,
