The aim of these sessions is to inspire women and make them aware of available opportuni es. There will also be an Advantage All session for female officials during Paris 2024. Coaching The focus of Advantage All's efforts around coaching in 2023 was the Female Coaches Network webinars, which were held in each region to explore ways for na ons to a ract more women into coaching. Two women were also funded to a end the WISH High Performance programme to develop their skills as elite coaches. We funded costs for women speakers taking part in the ITF World Coaches Conference in Bogota, Colombia, leading to female representa on of 38% at this key biennial event. Working with na ons and regions The ITF engaged with na ons and regions to encourage them to support the goals of Advantage All. As a result of our 'I Pledge' ini a ve to secure a tangible commitment, 81 of our member Na onal Associa ons and all six of our affiliated Regional Associa ons have pledged to support and empower women in tennis in their own countries, and to develop gender equality strategies. In recogni on of the essen al part men play in promo ng parity, we launched a 'Men as Allies' programme in 2023, led by ITF President David Haggerty and former ITF Vice President Rene Stammbach. This encourages male leaders within tennis to champion gender equality in their own spheres of influence. Following the ITF's landmark changes to its Cons tu on in 2022 – which mandate a minimum of five women on the ITF Board from 2027 onwards – Regional Associa ons have made cons tu onal changes to enhance gender balance. Tennis Europe will ensure a minimum of two female board members from 2024, rising to three in 2028. The African Tennis Confedera on (CAT) enabled execu ves other than Na onal Associa on presidents to run for board elec on, and introduced a women's representa ve to its board. These changes saw two women elected to the CAT board for the first me. The ITF's Advantage All reward and recogni on programme recognises our na ons' gender equality work and provides an opportunity to celebrate and share good prac ce. The 2023 gold award went to Tennis Canada. A SIGNIFICANT MILESTONE HAS BEEN REACHED FOR PARIS 2024, WHERE THE INTERNATIONAL OFFICIATING TEAM FOR THE OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC TENNIS EVENTS WILL BE AN EQUAL SPLIT OF MEN AND WOMEN.
