OS Scholarships also funded candidates' a endance on the ITF Coaching Advanced Players (CAP) course, which provides fast-track coaching opportuni es to former professional players. Twenty- one people a ended the online por on of the training, while 19 a ended the residen al and assessment weeks in Valencia, Spain. In line with our Advantage All goals, we are inves ng in training more female coaches. In 2023 we funded two women to take part in the Women in Sport High Performance Pathway. The WISH Programme lasts 21 months and gives women with the poten al to be elite coaches access to leadership training, mentoring and sport- specific instruc on. The ITF has funded seven women through the programme to date. We have a formal recogni on programme for the coach educa on systems of our member Na onal Associa ons which provides ered interna onal standards and fosters best prac ce. Nine na ons had their coach educa on system recognised by the ITF in 2023, and 75 na ons have been recognised overall. Of these, 18 are recognised at Gold level, 11 at Silver, 24 at Bronze and 22 at White level.
