50 The 2023 ac vi es detailed here all have one aim: to ensure that the ITF acts with integrity in all areas of our work to deliver tennis for future genera ons. GOVERNANCE The ITF introduced electronic vo ng for the first me for the 2023 ITF Presiden al and Board elec ons, which were held during the ITF Annual General Mee ng in Cancun, Mexico. We made the change to ensures greater efficiency, but without compromising on integrity. The ITF's member na ons elect the ITF President and Board of Directors every four years, and these were the second ITF elec ons to be overseen by an independent Elec on and Eligibility Panel, a sub-group of the independent Ethics Commission. In alignment with the ITF's gender equality programme Advantage All, which aims to increase the number of women represented at the highest levels of tennis leadership, seven women stood for Board elec on in 2023 compared to four in 2019, and two women were elected. For the next elec ons in 2027, the 16-person ITF Board must include a minimum of five women under reforms made to the ITF Cons tu on in 2022 to promote gender parity. In 2023 we con nued our Governance Review, with the goal of improving ITF leadership, structure and transparency to reflect Integrity and Wellbeing current best prac ce in sport and beyond. Our focus is now on amendments to the ITF Cons tu on, and we have worked with the ITF Cons tu onal Commi ee and consulted with our Na onal Associa ons and affiliated Regional Associa ons to produce a revised dra of the Cons tu on. The inten on is to take this to the 2024 ITF AGM for a membership vote in October. ANTI-DOPING AND ANTI-CORRUPTION The ITF delegated responsibility for the tennis- wide an -doping programme to the Interna onal Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) in 2022. We remain the Signatory for the sport of tennis to the World An - Doping Code (WADA Code) and monitor ITIA's compliance with WADA standards. The ITIA remains responsible for the Tennis An -Corrup on Programme. We are an equal partner in ITIA alongside the other six members of the T7 group of tennis's interna onal stakeholders – the WTA, ATP and four Grand Slam tournaments. The ITF retains a seat on ITIA's Tennis Integrity Supervisory Board and is represented on the WADA Strategic Tes ng Expert Advisory Group and the ASOIF Medical and Science Consulta ve Group.
