The ITF focuses our funding in six areas that cover
all aspects of tennis development: par cipa on,
performance, events, educa on, facili es and
administra on/resources.
We invested $11.97 million in growing the game
in 2022, a 45% increase on the previous year,
reflec ng significant recovery for our tennis

disrup on of the previous two years.
Of the $11.97 million we invested, $2.65 million
of funding was provided by the Grand Slam
tournaments via the Grand Slam Player Development
Programme (GSPDP). Since the incep on of the

Other funding in 2022 was provided by Olympic
Solidarity ($217,010), the Interna onal Tennis Hall of

the IOC ($70,000) and a development dona on from the
Kazakhstan Tennis Federa on ($648,921). The Cruyff
