26 ITFWORLD SUMMER 2017 CENTENARY CLUBS READY TO COMPETE The Association of Centenary Tennis Clubs is looking forward to a busy few months of competition between some of the oldest clubs in the sport. T he Association of Centenary Tennis Clubs (CTC) has announced its calendar for 2017, with all its events scheduled for the last few months of the year. Shown below are the tournaments being played, listed by host club, location and date. Other clubs competing alongside the host club in each tournament are also detailed. The CTC is an umbrella group of clubs more than 100 years old, including some of the most prestigious clubs in the sport. Initially founded by eight clubs as a pan-European association, the CTC now has an extensive global membership and is recognised by the ITF. All member clubs have a history dating back at least 100 years, with a significant sporting tradition and social role.
