Included within the Development Assistance Grants in 2014 was $51,000 of assistance to National Associations affected by natural disasters during that year. No similar assistance was incurred in 2015. 10. Commercial Included in the Commercial department costs are Television, Sponsorship Sales, Merchandising and other Sponsorship costs. 11. Presidential & Communications Included in the Presidential & Communications department costs are the Annual General Meeting, Board of Directors, Regional Grants, World Champions Dinner, Marketing The Game, Constitution and Communications. 12. Science & Technical Included in the Science & Technical department costs are Anti-Doping, Technical, Foundation and Sport Science & Medicine Commission costs. 13. Finance & Administration Included in the Finance & Administration department are the costs of Information & Communication Technology, Insurance, Legal and Professional fees, Premises, General Administration and movements in the provision for doubtful debts. 14. Foreign Exchange expense Foreign exchange expense represents the fall in value of foreign currency reserves held by the ITF as either working capital to fund its operations or for investment purposes or foreign exchange expense realised on transactions completed during the year.
