investigations being conducted by other tennis organisations as specified above and/or relevant authorities. iv. Decisions of the ITF Executive Director may be appealed to the ITF Committee. All appeals under this section must be filed with the ITF Committee in writing within one month from the date of the notice of the ITF Executive Director's decision which is the subject of the appeal. The notice of appeal must include a statement of the reasons for the appeal and arguments why the decision was incorrect and include supporting evidence and make any application for a stay of execution. In either circumstance, the ITF Committee shall decide whether to review the appeal based solely on the ITF Executive Director's investigation or whether to hold a full hearing in which the Covered Person will be given the opportunity to present his/her case directly to the ITF Committee, in which case the ITF Committee shall issue directions for the efficient conduct of the appeal. The decision of the ITF Committee shall be final and binding. Any decision of the ITF Executive Director decided on the basis of a conviction or plea of guilty or no contest to a criminal charge or indictment as set out in Section a) v. above shall be final and binding. v. Any decision of the Executive Director and/or the ITF Committee pursuant to this Welfare Policy may be communicated to those Member National Associations, other tennis organisations and ITF Tournament organisers deemed necessary by the ITF Executive Director and/or the ITF Committee. 139 Code of Conduct
