40 4.7 National Associations shall report to the ITF at the end of every calendar year results of all testing conducted within their respective jurisdictions, sorted by Player and identifying each date on which the Player was tested, the entity conducting the test, and whether the test was In-Competition or Out-of-Competition. The ITF may periodically publish such data received from National Associations. 4.8 Each National Association must report any information suggesting or relating to an anti-doping rule violation to the ITF and to the NADO or RADO and must cooperate with any anti-doping investigation conducted by the ITF or the NADO or RADO or any other entity with jurisdiction under the World Anti-Doping Code to conduct such investigation. 4.9 Each National Association must conduct anti-doping education, in coordination with its NADO or RADO, for players, player support personnel and other persons under its jurisdiction. 4.10 If a National Association fails to comply with any of its obligations under this bye-law, then (without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that may arise) the ITF shall have the right to withhold some or all funding otherwise due to that National Association. 5. 5. 5. 5. TENNIS ANTI TENNIS ANTI TENNIS ANTI TENNIS ANTI- -- -CORRUPTION PROGRAM CORRUPTION PROGRAM CORRUPTION PROGRAM CORRUPTION PROGRAM 5.1 The Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (the "TACP") is set out in full on the website of the Tennis Integrity Unit (www.tennisintegrityunit.com). The purposes of the TACP are (I) to maintain the integrity of tennis, (II) to protect against any efforts to impact improperly the results of any match, and (III) to establish a uniform rule and consistent scheme applicable to all tennis events organised, sanctioned or recognised by the governing bodies (as defined under the TACP) of professional tennis. 5.2 5.2 5.2 5.2 As a condition of Membership of the ITF, each national association must ensure: 5.2.1 5.2.1 5.2.1 5.2.1 That all persons under the national association's jurisdiction, including all persons participating in events organised, sanctioned or recognised by the national association, comply with the same rules of conduct as the TACP applies to those who participate in events organised, sanctioned or recognised by the governing bodies of professional tennis, with similar sanctions to be imposed in the event of non-compliance; and 5.2.2 5.2.2 5.2.2 5.2.2 That anyone who has been ruled ineligible under the TACP to participate in events organised or sanctioned by the governing bodies of professional tennis is also automatically ineligible, for the same period, to participate in any capacity in events organised, sanctioned or recognised by the national association. 5.3 5.3 5.3 5.3 Each National Association shall regularly update the ITF on the status and findings of any anti-corruption review or proceedings conducted by the National Association in relation to any person(s) under its national jurisdiction.
