Nominations must reach the ITF by the date set for acceptance of normal resolutions to the Annual General Meeting each year. They will be considered by the Board of Directors for approval at the following Annual General Meeting. For the avoidance of doubt all awards previously made by the Federation for services to the Game will continue to be recognised and acknowledged by the ITF.
