Teams wishing to make use of the official transportation service must email their flight number and arrival time to Ekaterina Davydova (email: e_davydova@list.ru) by no later than 7 th July. Nearest international airport: Sheremetyevo (16 km to hotel). Nearest train station: Belorusskiy (10 km to hotel). Shuttles between the hotel and tournament site will be provided daily. Other travel costs will not be covered or reimbursed by the Host Organiser or the ITF. VISA VISA VISA VISA Most individuals will require a Visa to enter Russia. Please contact the Russian Tennis Federation (email: visa@russport.ru or tel: +7 495 9563360) with a passport copy for each person a minimum of twenty (20) days before travelling. The Visa application process can take significantly longer than twenty (20) days in some countries and nations are therefore advised to begin this process as early as possible. A tie is comprised of one Men's Doubles, one Women's Doubles and one Mixed Doubles match. Each team must consist of a minimum of two male players and two female players and a maximum of three male and three female players. Each nation has the right to include a non-playing captain in their team or to nominate a playing member of their team as captain. ENTRY FEE ENTRY FEE ENTRY FEE ENTRY FEE The entry fee of US$150 per team is payable to the ITF upon entry. HOSPITALITY HOSPITALITY HOSPITALITY HOSPITALITY Full hospitality is available in the official hotel for four players (two male and two female) and one non-playing captain and includes six (6) nights' full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner) starting with dinner on Tuesday 14 th July and ending with breakfast on the morning of Monday 20 th July. RANKINGS RANKINGS RANKINGS RANKINGS ITF Beach Tennis Ranking points will be awarded to players based on their team's final standing for that year. To receive Ranking points, a player must have played and won a minimum of one (1) live doubles match. Players in a team that finishes in a top four position must win a minimum of two (2) live doubles matches to receive full points or one (1) live match to receive 50% of points available. A 'live match' is defined as any match, the result of which could affect the outcome of the tie. For avoidance of doubt, a decisive Mixed Doubles match is a 'live match'. Please refer to Appendix B 'Tournament Grades and Ranking Points' in the ITF Beach Tennis Tour Rules and Regulations for full details.
