ITF Beach Tennis Tour Rules and Regulations 2015
ITF Executive Director decided on the basis of a conviction or plea of guilty or no
contest to a criminal charge or indictment as set out in Section a) v. above shall be
final and binding.
v. Any decision of the Executive Director and/or the ITF Committee and/or the ITF
Board of Directors pursuant to this Welfare Policy may be communicated to those
Member National Associations, other tennis organisations and ITF Tournament
organisers deemed necessary by the ITF Executive Director and/or the ITF
Committee and/or the ITF Board of Directors.
