Following conclusion of the Tournament, the Tournament Director shall send to the ITF a copy of the Tournament Programme (if applicable) a full set of press cuttings (newspaper and date clearly marked), a full media list and details of any radio or TV coverage. A DVD and Video Beta recording of any TV coverage at the tournament should also be sent to the ITF. II. TOURNAMENT PERSONNEL National Associations and Tournament Directors are reminded that ALL tournament support personnel are bound by and must comply with all of the provisions of the Uniform Tennis Anti-Corruption Program and the Welfare Policy. Tournament support personnel are responsible for acquainting themselves with the provisions of both documents, which are provided in the Appendices of the ITF Beach Tennis Tour Rules and Regulations. Importantly: Uniform Tennis Anti-Corruption Program "No Covered Person [i.e. players, related persons and tournament support personnel] shall, directly or indirectly, wager [bet] or attempt to wager on the outcome or any other aspect of any [beach tennis] Event or any other tennis competition." Welfare Policy Any coach, trainer, manager, agent, medical or para-medical personnel and/or family member, tournament guest, or other similar associate of any player (together "Player Support Team Member"), any player and any tournament personnel, such as an official, tournament director, staff, volunteer, sponsor, health care provider, ITF staff member and members of the media (together "Credentialed Person") shall conduct himself/herself in a professional manner at all times and in accordance with this ITF Welfare Policy. This information should be made available to tournament support personnel in advance of the tournament. It is recommended that all tournament security personnel are screened for suitability prior to the tournament (see Appendix C – ITF Security & Accreditation Guidelines). 1. Tournament Administrator/Director The National Association must designate a Tournament Administrator who will be the point of contact within the Association for an ITF Beach Tennis Tour tournament. The National Association, in consultation with the Tournament Administrator, if applicable, must also designate a Tournament Director, who will be responsible for all aspects of the organisation of the ITF Beach Tennis Tour tournament (except for rules and on-court issues, which are the responsibility of the ITF Referee).
