Prize Money Prize money shall be paid on-site in US Dollars or in the local currency and this information shall be provided on the Factsheet. Prize money to be awarded to each team shall be calculated by the Referee in accordance with the prize money distribution detailed in the ITF Beach Tennis Tour Rules and Regulations. Upon payment a receipt must be given to that team and a copy retained by the Tournament Director. The Tournament Director or designated person must be available to pay prize money during the hours of play and a minimum of half an hour after the last main draw match finishes. Prize money must be available for collection for each team immediately following completion of their last match in the event. Prize money must be paid in cash unless prior approval has been obtained from the ITF. If the ITF approves cheque payment, arrangements must be made for players to be able to cash cheques either on-site or at a local bank. 2. Sanction Fee All tournaments sanctioned by the ITF for inclusion on the ITF Beach Tennis Tour must pay the relevant sanction fee. Grade Sanction Fee (USD) G1 500 G2 350 G3 250 G4 150 Sanction fees are non-transferable and will not be refunded due to cancellation or reduction of Grade unless there are exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the ITF. 3. Hospitality If official hospitality is offered, the conditions of such hospitality must be available to all entered players and must be equal for the Men's and Women's events.
