ITF Beach Tennis Tour Tournament Organisational Guidelines 2015 Page 4 of 19 INTRODUCTION ITF Beach Tennis Tour tournaments must comply with the provisions of the ITF Beach Tennis Tour Rules and Regulations, ITF Beach Tennis Tour Code of Conduct, ITF Rules of Beach Tennis and the Constitution of ITF Limited. All questions must be directed to the ITF Beach Tennis Department (see Appendix D for contact details). Sanctioned ITF Beach Tennis Tour tournaments will be included in the Calendar, which is available from the ITF Beach Tennis Department and from the ITF Beach Tennis website: www.itftennis.com/beachtennis. All ITF Beach Tennis Tour tournaments must be staged and organised in a professional manner. The guidelines set out in this document should be adhered to for all ITF Beach Tennis Tour tournaments except where certain requirements are explicitly limited to specific tournament Grades. 1. These guidelines are considered minimum requirements to host the Event. 2. The ITF will assist in the overall organisation of the ITF Beach Tennis Tour, including coordination of the calendar and publicity of the same as widely as possible. 3. The ITF Beach Tennis Tour Rules and Regulations are published by the ITF for the purpose of ensuring the orderly and fair administration of ITF Beach Tennis Tour tournaments. 4. The ITF Beach Tennis Tour is comprised of eight tournament grades as defined in the ITF Rules and Regulations, which offer ITF Beach Tennis Ranking points and which form the elite level of international Beach Tennis competition. 5. In order for tournaments to be sanctioned by the ITF for inclusion on the ITF Beach Tennis Tour, the tournament must have all necessary approvals from the relevant National Association and, if appropriate, the Regional Association. A completed ITF Beach Tennis Tour Application Form, duly counter-signed by the National Association, must be submitted to the ITF Beach Tennis Department by the appropriate deadline (see Appendix B).
