72 only a fine or withhold part or whole of the payments set out in regulations 56 (a) and (b). 3. In the case of all other covered persons, denial of privileges or a maximum penalty of permanent revocation of accreditation and denial of access to all Davis Cup ties and/or the Davis Cup competition. H. Any covered person determined to be guilty of misconduct by the Executive Director may appeal to the Davis Cup Committee for review of such determination. The appeal shall be in writing and must be filed with the Executive Director within one month after receiving notice of the Executive Director's determination. The Executive Director shall thereafter promptly forward said appeal to the Davis Cup Committee. The Davis Cup Committee shall designate a time and place for hearing such appeal and shall so notify the covered person and the Executive Director. At such hearing the covered person and the Executive Director shall present to the Davis Cup Committee the relevant evidence on the matter. The Davis Cup Committee may affirm, reverse, or modify the decision of the Executive Director on appeal. If the appeal is decided against the covered person, then the Davis Cup Committee shall tax the reasonable costs of the appeal against the covered person, which costs shall include, but not be limited to, the reasonable travel and living expenses incurred by all witnesses and members of the Davis Cup Committee with respect thereto, if the same is not heard at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Davis Cup Committee. I. Any National Association or covered person determined to be guilty of misconduct by the Davis Cup Committee may appeal to the Board of Directors for review of such determination. The procedure set out in paragraph H above shall apply, save the appeal shall be dealt with by the Board of Directors rather than the Davis Cup Committee and the nominee of the Davis Cup Committee shall present the relevant evidence rather than the Executive Director.
