Any such election shall be conducted at an Annual General Meeting by secret ballot and shall require a four-fifths majority Resolution of the Council. Any such election shall be conducted at an Annual General Meeting by secret ballot and shall require a four-fifths majority Resolution of the Council. COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS (a) (a) (a) (a) Without prejudice to the generality of any power of delegation conferred upon the Board of Directors by these Articles, the Board of Directors may delegate any part of their work to Committees (including individual representatives) or Commissions. Such Committees or Commissions may include appropriately qualified persons, other than members of the Board of Directors, as the Board of Directors may from time to time appoint at their discretion. (b) (b) (b) (b) The President shall ex-officio be a member of all such Committees and Commissions, without voting rights.
