A hospitality package is available in Hotel Chiari for players accepted into the men's and ladies' main draw doubles events. The hospitality package shall include accommodation in a twin room and 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and is based on both players sharing a room. Breakfast and dinner are provided in the hotel, lunch is provided on the tournament onsite. For all players accepted into the main draw by direct acceptance or wild card, the package shall start with dinner on Thursday 31st July and end with breakfast on Monday 4th August. For all successful qualifiers, the package shall start with dinner on Tuesday 29th July and end with breakfast on Monday 4th August. The cost of the package shall be €200 per person in total. Players are required to book their own accommodation and payment shall be made directly to the hotel. In order to guarantee the package rate, reservations must be made by Friday 11 July 2014. Payment of the full room rate for first night (€100) must be made before Thursday 24th July to confirm the booking. Failure to make this payment may result in the room being released by the hotel. Any players choosing not to stay in Hotel Chiari cannot be guaranteed the package rate.
