writing and must be filed with the ITF by 5.00 pm GMT within ten (10) days after
notice of the violation is mailed to the player.
Attached to and included with such Notice of Appeal shall be a statement by the
player as to the facts and circumstances of such incident along with any other
evidence that the player desires to submit. Any player submitting fax transmission
receipts when appealing a Player Entry Offence should note that all fax receipts
must match exactly the fax receipt records at the ITF Office; i.e. fax transmission
receipts submitted must show the originating fax number, the fax number of the ITF
Office, the OK status, the number of pages transmitted, the date, the time and the
transmission duration. If there is no exact match with the transmission receipt
records at the ITF Office the appeal will be rejected as insufficient evidence
submitted.
Upon receipt of such an Appeal, the ITF Executive Director shall conduct a
reasonable investigation of the facts and circumstances surrounding such incident,
and shall affirm or reverse in whole or in part the determination of the Offence. In
the event of a whole or partial reversal the ITF shall remit to the player all or part of
the fines collected in accordance with the disposition of the appeal.
