International Sponsors – rights may be used on a worldwide basis for
a maximum of one (1) month from the date of the Fed Cup Final.
Rights may be used for print and online advertising in normal
customer contact points, e.g. store fronts and websites. Rights may not
be used for any form of on-pack advertising or promotion.
iii.
Team Sponsor or ITF approved local sponsor – the use shall be
restricted to scope and duration defined in Paragraph 2 above and in
addition, restricted to within the geographic territory of the National
Association only.
