Since 2018, Advantage All has championed opportunities in leadership, coaching, officiating, and the professional game. Through the Advantage All programme, World Tennis is targeting a minimum 40% female leadership in tennis, 30% of coaches to be women, and 40% of officials by 2028, and these are our current areas of focus. World Tennis's commitment to progressing gender equality globally was reaffirmed in 2026 with President David Haggerty continuing in his role as a United Nations HeForShe Champion. Election ready A landmark update to the World Tennis Constitution guarantees at least five women and five men on the World Tennis Board from 2027, ensuring representation at the sport's highest level. With elections for these positions a year away, Advantage All in 2026 has focused on increasing the number of women candidates able to stand for elections, either for World Tennis Board positions or for board positions with our affiliated Regional Associations. We are organising networking and learning opportunities throughout the year to encourage a higher number of women to stand. Events were held in person at Wimbledon and online via the " Why Not You? Stepping up when leadership calls" webinar. Further events are planned later this year. Tennis member nations. The 2025 winners were Turkey (Gold), Kenya (Silver), Croatia and USA (Bronze) and Ireland (Highly Commended). Coaches and officials World Tennis is investing in levelling the playing field in coaching and officiating. Through 2026, seven female high-performance tennis coaches from around the world have participated in the Women in Sport High Performance Pathway (WISH) programme. Our 2024 Global Tennis Report showed that 24.3% of coaches worldwide were women, up from 20.6% in 2019. With continued efforts, our 30% target is therefore within reach. Women's representation at the most recent World Coaches Conference (in 2025) was 20%, and 34% of the speakers were women. For women officials, in 2025 and 2026 we provided travel funding so they can build contacts and gain vital experience to take their careers forward. Globally, 32% of officials are women, with 28% at entry White Badge level. While officiating pathways evolve for all genders, Advantage All ensures the availability of education, recruitment and development programmes to redress the balance. Content from all Advantage All events and webinars is available on the World Tennis Academy to give it the widest reach possible. Our learning platform also contains courses for individuals on progressing in leadership roles, and for our member nations on how to write a gender equality strategy. Advantage All nominated a further two women in 2026 to participate in the online Women Lead Sports (WLS) leadership course run by ASOIF. This course supports the advancement of women as leaders on a national and international level and facilitates the development of the skill set required to serve in elective positions. National and regional engagement Encouraging World Tennis's member nations and affiliated Regional Associations to promote gender equality and create their own gender equality strategy is key to the success of Advantage All. We engage them through regular bulletins and toolkits. Our Men as Allies programme to recruit the support of male peers in our nations and regions continues, with an accompanying course on the World Tennis Academy and a self-assessment questionnaire.
