GROW AND SUSTAIN PLAYER PARTICIPATION World Tennis Number The World Tennis Number (WTN) continues to be a core digital asset for World Tennis and a focus for our digital transformation. We offer this global rating system – available for both recreational and professional players – free of charge to our National Associations and affiliated Regional Associations. So far, 70 federations have shared the necessary high-quality player and match data to fully integrate and deliver WTNs to their player populations, and the WTN is now powered by data from 40 million tennis matches worldwide. In 2026, Germany, Korea and Portugal successfully began to share data for the WTN, and it continues to be the exclusive rating for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association in the USA. Players in participating nations can register for a profile on the worldtennisnumber.com website, which gives them greater access to statistics, history and watchlists of players. To date over 100,000 players have registered. In August the WTN calculation was further enhanced based on feedback from National Associations, coaches and players. The WTN is an important tool for gathering data and insights about tennis participation and players around the world. The more insight World Tennis has, the more effectively we can grow the game. The WTN is also opening up our tours to players without a ranking, making them accessible to more people. In 2026, the WTN is the third acceptance criteria on the World Tennis Tour, having already been adopted as the second acceptance criteria by Juniors and Masters. World Tennis is also supporting our six affiliated Regional Associations to introduce WTN as an acceptance method on their regional junior tours, and COSAT (South America), ATF (Asia) and Tennis Europe have now done so. Support for nations We are directing our efforts into supporting better digital connectivity for all our member nations, so that World Tennis can facilitate a stronger, connected digital ecosystem that benefits everyone in our vast global network. Since 2018, World Tennis has awarded grants to support digitalisation to 110 National and Regional Associations, so that nations can introduce, upgrade and improve their digital tools. This has been a factor in the growth and integration of the WTN as we work to expand the global tennis community. We also support National Associations through shared digital services, with our IT department creating shared capabilities that can provide nations with practical access to trusted information, data and digital tools, and support their own journeys towards greater digital maturity while benefiting the wider tennis ecosystem. GROW THE FAN COMMUNITY Our new era As we move forward as World Tennis, we are bringing our new brand to life via our digital products, clearly articulating our purpose to fans around the world. All our digital platforms and social media channels were transformed to World Tennis with our updated look and feel in June. Our new name gives us an even stronger platform to reach fans, players and audiences across the world. Impact, clarity and meaningful connections have increased engagement, and we are on track to achieve 200 million website views by the end of 2026, whilst significantly building our fan database. Offering more features Developing a best-in-class connected digital ecosystem remains a priority for us for 2026-27, focusing on World Tennis- owned channels delivering digital services and exploring more commercial opportunities. The new Davis Cup website and World Cup of Tennis app, launched in 2025, have boosted fan engagement and we continue to improve their features and the user experience. Next up is launching push notifications so that fans can more easily follow their favourite team. The World Tennis website now includes a fully integrated Live Centre which includes Junior, Wheelchair and Beach Tennis as well as World Tennis Tour matches, and these are also available on our World Tennis Tour app. Easy access to live scores and streams from all our tours make them easier and more meaningful for fans, players and their teams to follow. We are continuing to expand our World Tennis ID digital identity and SSO (single sign-on) service across our digital estate in 2026, adding it as part of the new registration feature for the World Tennis Tour Live app and our streaming platform. This provides users with a simpler and more consistent route into all World Tennis services, helps us build our customer database, grow our global community and importantly better understand our audiences. We are working on greater personalisation in our fan engagement to build long term value and loyalty across our different audiences. 45 l We Are World Tennis 2026 Digital & Technology
