New era, renewed focus In June, after 113 years as the International Tennis Federation, we became World Tennis. This new name better represents the role we play as an organisation – we exist to bring tennis to the world, and our purpose is to ensure the global growth and sustainability of the sport. We champion tennis worldwide, in partnership with our 214 member National Associations and six affiliated Regional Associations. This is one of the largest networks in world sport, and together we are the beating heart of the global tennis ecosystem. As global guardians of the game, we are committed to ensuring that tennis is a sport for all and for life. We have refocused around five key priorities for 2026-27, which are detailed on the next page. Our reinvestment commitment This publication is produced alongside our 2025 financial report, continuing our transparency in publishing our financial performance every year. Last year, World Tennis's (then ITF's) income was $96.1 million. Despite challenging financial developments in 2025, we have continued to invest with our member nations, focused on our purpose and supported by our reserves. In 2026 our goal has been to strengthen our financial position so that we can make a positive surplus by year-end. This will enable us to increase our reserves and carry on supporting nations with funding. As we head towards the close of 2026, there are strong signs that we will achieve this goal thanks to financial prudence and a strengthened commercial pipeline. We are committed to reinvest at least 85% of our income over the next 10 years, and in the immediate future this reinvestment will support our five priorities for 2026 and 2027. A global sport, for everyone Tennis is one of the world's most followed sports, with global stars and billions of fans following its iconic competitions in stadiums, on television and online. The four Grand Slam tournaments of 2026 have played out with their usual excitement and drama, and at World Tennis we have recently had two fantastic weeks of action in our major events. In Davis Cup by Generali, the Qualifier 2nd Round ties produced a blockbuster line-up of Austria, Canada, Czechia, Korea, Germany, Great Britain, Spain and Italy to contest November's Davis Cup Final 8. In the Billie Jean King Cup by Gainbridge Finals, Czechia were crowned champions for the 12th time in an electrifying week in Shenzhen, China. Staging the event in a city with a population Welcome to We Are World Tennis 2026 By David Haggerty, World Tennis President I am pleased to introduce We Are World Tennis 2026, our new-look annual report which reviews our work and activities over the past year. 2026 has been a transformative year for us. of 20 million gave it a vast local audience, and millions more followed around the world via broadcast and streaming. We are proud of our prestigious nations team competitions, which provide aspirational, career- defining moments for elite men and women as they represent their countries on the world stage, and a qualification pathway for the Olympic Games. Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup continue to be a driving force for World Tennis and the wider sport, inspiring people to get involved and by generating revenue that is reinvested into the game. This is important. Our goal is to inspire more people to play the sport, at whatever level they choose. Together with our member nations, we provide pathways for talent to rise, but equally we believe that tennis is for everyone, everywhere and for all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Targeting 140 million players Two years ago, our World Tennis Global Tennis Report found that a record 106 million people were playing tennis. We reached this landmark figure thanks to the hard work and dedication of our member National Associations, and we believe more growth is possible if we continue to invest and collaborate. We have set our sights on an ambitious new goal 4 We Are World Tennis 2026 l Welcome
