Welcome As global guardian of the game, we are commi ed to ensuring that tennis is a sport for all and for life. Our strategy, ITF2024+4, serves as our long-term plan for growth and its eight key pillars are summarised on the next page. This Review details how we are delivering against our goals. We also present a summary of our full 2024 financial report, con nuing our transparency in publishing our financial performance every year. In 2024, the ITF's income was a $106.77 million and we reinvested $100.75 million, once more conver ng more than 90% of our income to develop tennis in all corners of the world and support our member na ons. We chose to maintain strong levels of investment across the game globally, through increased funding for Na onal Associa ons, delivery of major events, sustained investment in player development, and strategic projects designed to grow par cipa on, expand compe on, and ensure the sport's long-term sustainability. The ITF is one of seven stakeholders who collaborate on the professional game, working alongside the ATP, WTA and the four Grand Slam tournaments. Within this group we play a unique and vital role in delivering world tennis. We are at the heart of the sport, forging its founda ons and future, and together with our 213 member Na onal Associa ons and six affiliated Regional Associa ons, we are a thriving, global alliance, suppor ng every tennis journey. The ITF champions tennis from playground to podium – from the grassroots and recrea onal level through to the elite professional game. There is no be er year to showcase this than an Olympic and Paralympic year. Paris 2024 a global pla orm Paris 2024 was a highlight of the season and tennis was centre stage from the moment legends Serena Williams, Rafael Nadal and Amelie Mauresmo appeared in the opening ceremony. For our cover star Novak Djokovic, the Olympic Games provided a new peak in his gli ering career and surely the most emo onal as he finally claimed the gold medal. Equally resonant was Qinwen Zheng's triumph as she claimed a historic first Olympic tennis singles gold medal for China. Asian success con nued at the Paralympics, with Japanese wheelchair tennis players winning three gold medals, highlighted by 18-year-old Tokito Oda, who became the youngest Paralympic wheelchair tennis men's singles champion in history. The Olympics and Paralympics once again showed their unique power to inspire. The global pla orm of the Games and the income they provide helps the ITF increase the reach of tennis around the world. More than 100 million players According to the ITF Global Tennis Report 2024, the worldwide tennis footprint is growing at a rapid rate. Our latest survey shows that a record 106 million people now play, a 25.6% increase since 2019. This puts us on track to achieve the goal we set in 2021 to have 120 million players by 2030. It is an ambi ous target, but with our efforts and those of our member na ons we are confident of achieving it. " " The Olympics and Paralympics again showed their unique power to inspire.
