ITF World Summer 2023 29 CHATRIER AWARD Groot collected the women's wheelchair honour for the fourth successive time, and went home from London with the Wimbledon wheelchair singles title too, extending her winning streak 111 matches. Newcomer Niels Vink attended event with his proud parents, received the wheelchair quad award for the first time. 20-year-old Dutchman's breakthrough success has continued 2023 – he bookended the awards ceremony with a second Roland Garros title and a first-time triumph Wimbledon. for the legendary Shingo Kunieda, there was one final sign- from his amazing career, as he received his trophy as ITF World Champion in the men's wheelchair division for the tenth and last time following his retirement in January.
