2022 ITF Annual Review 11 ADVANTAGE ALL Dedicated women's officia ng workshops were held in person and virtually in May and November to facilitate the progression of female officials, chair umpires and referees. Na onal engagement We con nued to engage with our member Na onal Associa ons and affiliated Regional Associa ons in 2022 to encourage them to support the goals of Advantage All. One hundred and fi y-six na ons have now nominated an individual to lead on gender equality, and 85 na ons have signed an official pledge to support and empower women in tennis in their countries. ITF President David Haggerty and ITF Vice President Rene Stammbach are spearheading a 'Men as Allies' programme. It was launched in May 2023 with a well-a ended interac ve webinar, the first of several ac ons. Our Advantage All reward and recogni on programme highlights and celebrates good prac ce in our na ons in advancing gender equality, with awards presented for the best examples. The inaugural winners were recognised at the 2022 ITF AGM, with Tennis Ireland taking home the top prize. The ITF held its second Advantage All Global Forum at the AGM, placing gender equality in the spotlight for delegates in the room and a wider global audience who joined the live stream of the event. The forum included discussions around the voice, visibility and value of women in sport, and a rallying call for progress in women's representa on in sport. The discussion panels featured King, Ilana Kloss, women leaders from our Na onal Associa ons, representa ves from sports media organisa ons, and speakers from Gainbridge and Tory Burch. Gainbridge and Tory Burch joined as commercial partners of Billie Jean King Cup in 2022 and alongside their commitment to the women's World Cup of Tennis they will work with the ITF to support our future Advantage All goals.
