first Davis Cup
Juniors title
Brazil's 16-and-under team of
Gustavo Almeida, Joao Fonseca and
Pedro Rodrigues won the Davis Cup
Juniors title for the first time in
history in November, defeating USA
in the final. They became just the
second South American team after
Chile in 2001 to lift the prestigious
trophy, which has been won by many
budding stars of the men's game.
Almeida and Fonseca are shown here

Antalya, Turkiye in which USA's girls
were also crowned Billie Jean King
Cup Juniors champions.
