Advantage All is the ITF's equality, diversity and inclusion programme designed to ensure that tennis is an equal opportunity sport across all areas. Under Advantage All we will be introducing a wider equality, diversity and inclusion strategy in 2023 and promo ng its importance in the sport. Our mission to deliver tennis for future genera ons will only be possible if we are fully inclusive. Our first Advantage All work has seen the ITF commit to improving gender equality in all areas of the game. We want tennis to be a leading light in sport and society, while empowering, inspiring and enabling women and girls to reach, and be rewarded for reaching, their full poten al. In 2021 the ITF introduced several ini a ves to achieve this, including: • Launching a leadership programme designed to enable more women to step up into leadership posi ons within the ITF Board, commi ees, and commissions, as well as at regional and na onal levels. The programme is funded by the Founda on for Global Sports Development and offers networking and mentoring opportuni es, with webinars delivered by leading figures from tennis and beyond, providing insight and advice. It has already welcomed approximately 120 women. • In September 2021, ITF President David Haggerty was named as a United Na ons HeForShe Champion, becoming one of 14 male leaders from a range of global organisa ons nominated to be an ally championing women. As part of this, the ITF will support the UN HeForShe Alliance by striving for greater gender equality across all levels of tennis, with key commitments linked to a five-year ac on plan. • To ensure greater gender equality across the interna onal tennis family, we are engaging closely with our Na onal and Regional Associa ons to ensure Advantage All is embedded throughout the sport. We have appointed gender equality contacts in our na ons and will provide ongoing support with toolkits and webinars. Our goals to build on our Advantage All ini a ve in 2022 include: • Forming regional gender equality taskforces to ensure our gender equality strategy expands across regions worldwide. • Calling upon Na onal and Regional Associa on presidents to make a tangible commitment to gender equality. As part of 2022 Interna onal Women's Day in March 2022, we asked them to sign an official pledge to support and empower women in tennis both on and off the court. We will ensure all Na onal and Regional Associa ons make the pledge by 2024. • Programmes to encourage and support more women in leadership, officia ng and coaching. • Holding the second ITF Global Forum, an event which brings together interna onal speakers to discuss gender equality issues and rally for significant progress in women's representa on in tennis and sport as a whole.
