The group has had to make judgements with regard to the likelihood of poten al outcomes from the CAS tribunal with help from internal and external legal counsel. While the values of both the con ngent liability and asset are material, the group is confident that the likelihood assigned to the outcomes meet the criteria under IAS 37 for disclosure but not recogni on.
