France were once again a dominant force at the ITF Super Seniors
World Individual Championships in Umag in September, with no
fewer than six winners across singles, doubles and mixed doubles.
The United States, meanwhile, picked up eight trophies in the
Team Championships.
Marcus Hilpert of the Netherlands was the toast of Florida as
he was crowned men's 45 singles and doubles champion at the
ITF Young Seniors World Individual Championships in Miami
in October. France continued to flex their seniors muscle by
securing three titles at the Team Championships.

RESULTS
The ITF's mission is to make Seniors Tennis the leading sport in terms of player participation and it has developed
a three-year strategic development plan, which comes into effect in 2019, in order to achieve its aims.
The strategic development plan, which can be viewed at www.itennis.com/seniors, is centred on four key pillars: circuit
expansion, improvements to existing circuit tournaments, revitalisation of marketing and promotion and ensuring the
delivery of outstanding World Championships.
