PRESIDENTIAL AND COMMUNICATIONS Included in the Presiden al and Communica ons department costs are the Annual General Mee ng, Board of Directors, regional grants, World Champions Dinner, marke ng the game, cons tu on and communica ons. 12. INTEGRITY, SCIENCE AND TECHNICAL Included in the Integrity, Science and Technical department costs are an -doping, technical, founda on and Sport Science and Medicine Commission costs as well as newly incurred regula on and governance costs. 13. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION Included in the Finance and Administra on department are the costs of informa on and communica ons technology, insurance, legal and professional fees, premises, general administra on and movements in the provision for doub ul debts. 14. FOREIGN EXCHANGE EXPENSE Foreign exchange expense represents the fall in value of foreign currency reserves held by the ITF as either working capital to fund its opera ons or for investment purposes or foreign exchange expense realised on transac ons completed during the year. Further details on the ITF's capital management policy are disclosed in note 32(f). 15. STRATEGIC INITIATIVES Strategic ini a ves are items of expenditure and investment that are in direct support of the objec ves of ITF2024 but do not cons tute ongoing or normal ac vi es.
